Description:PMO Support Specialist, candidate MUST possess PMP or ACP certification through PMI or PM certification
Job Summary:Seeking for a highly organized and detail‐oriented PMO Support Specialist to enhance project governance, support project managers, and strengthen agency-wide project delivery practices. This role provides direct support to the PMO through documentation management, training coordination, risk oversight, and recurring reporting across -level and agency IT projects.
Qualifications:• Should have 15 years of overall IT experience.• Experience with technology infrastructure is preferred.• Application Development experience is a plus.• Proficient in MS Office tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, and excel.• Possess training and documentation experience.• PMP or ACP Certification through PMI or Qualification Standards for IT Project Managers.• Experience with Technology Portfolio (CTP) system and ECOS process is strongly preferred.• Experience with the core IT procurement processes (RFP, Statewide Contract, and CAI SOW) is preferred. xzbcwsv • Prior PM experience is a benefit.
