• Diagnosingproblems in the production line and providing recommendations andtraining.
• Establishingsafety procedures and protocols that take the workers' well-being intoaccount.
• Identifying,documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.
• Drawingup production schedules.
• Schedulingmeetings with relevant departments and stakeholders.
• Analyzingall facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.

General Requirements

• 2 Years of Experience
• BS/BE/ (Mechanical)
• Firm grasp of engineering concepts, and experience designing mechanical systems and products.
• Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
• Must be self-motivated and a great team worker.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure.
