In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing an Electrical Bias Engineer within a busy, client-facing commercial building.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the site, maintaining high standards of service, compliance and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills and the ability to confidently engage with both clients and on-site teams.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and support the Electrical Bias Engineer on site.
Oversee day-to-day maintenance and building services operations.
Ensure all PPM and reactive maintenance is completed to a high standard.
Act as a key point of contact for the client and maintain strong relationships.
Ensure all health & safety, compliance and statutory requirements are met.
Manage contractors and coordinate site works when required.
Respond to and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Complete reports, maintenance records and relevant site documentation.
Complying with SFG20 Record Keeping / Logbooks Requirements Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent Level 2 or 3 Mechanical Engineering / Plumbing Studies 5 years' experience in a similar position Strong building services experience Right to work in the UK What's on Offer 25 Days annual leave bank holidays Great line or progression Immediate start Training Overtime If you live in and around Coalville or the Leicestershire area this could be the role for you.
