Job Description Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to maintain project timelines and quality. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations at the construction site. Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality and safety standards. Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure project goals are met. Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders. Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly to avoid delays. Oversee the procurement and inventory of construction materials and equipment.
