You’ll source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and the occasional job fair. Then you’ll interview them by phone, video, or in person to learn what they’re good at and what they want next. When you find a strong match, you’ll present them to the client, set up interviews, and keep everyone in the loop until the person starts. The roles vary a lot, from temp and temp-to-hire to direct-hire, across admin, industrial, skilled trades, manufacturing, and professional positions.
