Job Description
Position: Lead Process Engineer | Immediate Joiners Preferred | Freelancers with 10-15 years Experience Also Welcome
Location - Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Qualifications - B.E. / B. Tech. - Chemical
Experience - 10+ years of experience in detailed design and engineering
Industry - Oil & Gas Responsibilities • Preparation of Process Basis Design, P&ID, PFD and utility diagram • Heat and Material Balance. • HYSIS Simulation. • Preparation of Calculations Sheets, Process Data sheets for all equipment. • Sizing of equipment / piping etc. • Preparation of Operating Manual • Review of process related Vendor documentations. • Participate in HAZOP / Design Review meeting etc. • Review client drawings and documents. • Liaise with client to resolve any project technical issues • Knowledge of international code and practices like API / BS related to process engineering is essential. Technical Required Skills • Good knowledge of Process Engineering and type of Equipment in Oil & Gas, Refineries, Fertilizers , Storage and Tank farm • Good knowledge of process controls and safeguarding • Ability to apply different International Design Code requirement like API , NFPA , BS , Shell DEP. • Ability to perform all type of process design calculation • Skill to produce error free calculation and documents • Hand on experience with Process engineering software's • Communication skills About Us
