NP/PA - Medford Fam Med Murphy

The Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner operates as established medical authorities through collaborative care agreement with physicians and surgeons. The NP/PA is responsible for but not limited to the following; Prepares and records patient's history, performs physical examinations and formulates treatment plans for patients. Participates in management of patient's care, both in- and out-patient, by facilitating, expediting and coordination of routine diagnostic procedures, writing orders for appropriate medical care and determining need for consultation. Takes call with physician. Assists surgeon in the operating room. Assists the entire team with additional duties throughout the office as necessary. Triages patient calls and calls patients back in conjunction with physician. Contact
