Job Title: Business Development Manager – IT Recruitment Industry UAE Region

Location: India (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a proven track record of success, and a deep understanding of the UAE and broader GCC recruitment industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand our client base across the UAE and wider GCC region.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, ideally within the recruitment/staffing industry.
• Identify and engage with potential clients across key Dubai/UAE sectors (e.g., construction, hospitality, finance, retail, oil & gas), presenting tailored recruitment solutions to meet their needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to deliver high-quality talent solutions and achieve business objectives.
• Stay current with UAE labor law, MOHRE regulations, and Emiratisation requirements as they relate to client hiring needs.
• Represent the company at UAE networking events, industry forums, and client-facing meetings.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, preferably within the UAE or GCC recruitment/staffing market.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and UAE employment regulations (MOHRE, visa/sponsorship processes, Emiratisation).
• Existing network of client contacts in the UAE market is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; Arabic language skills a plus but not mandatory.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• UAE residency/valid work visa preferred, or willingness to relocate.
