The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, catalogue management, advertising, and sales performance analysis, with a strong understanding of platforms su <strong> ch as Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy. </strong></p><p></p><p><strong><em><u> Key Responsibilities </u></em></strong></p><p></p><ul><li> Manage and drive the company’s online busi <strong> ness across E-commerce and Quick Comme </strong> rce platfo <strong> rms such as Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy, </strong> etc. </li><li> Handle day-to-day marketplace operations including product listings, promotions, deals, discounts, and operational issue resolution. </li><li> Ensure catalogue hygiene by maintaining accurate product information, pricing, images, and inventory updates across platforms. </li><li> Manage and coordinate return handling processes efficiently to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. </li><li> Monitor and optimize Flipkart fulfilment operations and marketplace performance. </li><li> Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices related to Flipkart advertising and marketplace growth strategies. </li><li> Monitor sales performance, analyse data and trends, and implement action plans to improve business performance and revenue growth. </li><li> Coordinate with internal teams and marketplace account managers for smooth business operations and timely issue resolution. </li><li> Prepare and share regular reports on sales performance, market trends, account health, and operational upd <em> ate. </em></li></ul><p></p><p><strong><em><u> Desired Candidate Profile </u></em></strong></p><p></p><ul><li> Hands-on exp <b> erience in managin </b> g Flipkart and Quick Commerc <b> e platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto </b> <b>&amp; Swiggy. </b></li><li> Minimum 5 years of relevant experience is required </li><li> Strong understanding of marketplace operations, catalogue management, and online sales processes. </li><li> Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales and performance data. </li><li> Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools. </li><li> Strong communication and coordination skills. </li><li> Candidates with prior experience working directly with Flipkart or Quick Commerce businesses will be preferred. </li></ul><p></p>
