Job Description
We are seeking a Systems Integration Specialist / Telecommunications BIM Designer to lead the setup, management, and coordination of complex Revit BIM models. In this role, you will collaborate across disciplines to translate senior engineering intent into clash-free, constructable 3D models and 2D construction drawings.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage and set up Revit BIM models in alignment with team and client modeling standards.Develop fully coordinated 3D models across disciplines using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.Translate senior engineering intent into constructable, clash-free design deliverables and 2D sheets.Estimate hours required for design and modeling efforts based on technical markups and direction.
Required Qualifications6+ years of Revit BIM design experience along with full proficiency in Navisworks and Bluebeam.4+ years of experience in the telecommunications systems design and construction industry.Strong understanding of wiring/cabling connections, circuitry, and design codes/specifications.High school graduate or equivalent qualification.
Preferred Qualifications6+ years of Revit MEP design experience.Industry experience within semiconductor or advanced facility environments.Specialized system knowledge in life safety, fire alarm, CCTV, access control, AV, or paging systems.
Work Authorization & LocationSponsorship is not available for this position. Candidates must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.Open to all US candidates. Remote options are available, though proximity to a local office for a hybrid schedule is preferred.
The role can be remote, and candidates do not need to be based in Arizona. xzbcwsv Proximity to one of the 3 client offices (Tempe, Pittsburgh, or Portland) is ideal, but not required.
