Location: Coimbatore Experience: 2 years in Sales (Wedding/Event industry preferred) Key Responsibilities: •⁠ ⁠Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly revenue targets. •⁠ ⁠Handle inbound leads and convert them into successful bookings. •⁠ ⁠Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth. •⁠ ⁠Build and maintain strong client relationships. •⁠ ⁠Monitor team performance and provide regular training and guidance. •⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. •⁠ ⁠Track sales metrics and prepare performance reports.
