Plant Manager

We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead a large-scale manufacturing facility in Bengaluru. This is a strategic leadership role for a seasoned manufacturing professional with a strong background in the Food & Beverage industry and a passion for operational excellence, people leadership, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end plant operations, ensuring excellence in production, quality, safety, maintenance, planning, and people management.
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction.
• Foster a high-performance culture through leadership, coaching, and talent development.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory, and health & safety standards.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives and deliver sustainable operational results.

We're Looking For

Industry Experience

• 15+ years of manufacturing experience, with at least 5 years in a plant leadership role.
• Mandatory experience in the Food & Beverage manufacturing industry.

Core Competencies

• Strong technical competency in manufacturing operations.
• Proven leadership and people management capability.
• Experience managing large-scale and complex manufacturing operations.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated overall suitability to lead a high-performing manufacturing site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Food, Dairy, or related discipline).
• Master's degree is an advantage.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, ERP systems, food safety regulations, and continuous improvement initiatives is preferred.
