Business Development Executive Onsite · Jaipur · 03:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST · Full-Time · Mon–Sat If you think sales is just about sending messages, this role isn’t for you. At LeadFreak, we’re looking for someone who can start the right conversations, handle objections, follow up smartly, and turn conversations into booked calls.
What you’ll do: Manage warm LinkedIn conversations Write personalized replies Handle objections and follow-ups Maintain conversations in CRM Work towards quality conversations and booked calls
What we’re looking for: Fresher to 2+ years of experience Excellent written English Strong communication and people skills Comfortable using AI tools Proactive and detail-oriented International client/team experience is a plus
