Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Architect located in Chennai. The Junior Architect will be responsible for contributing to architectural design, collaborating on project management tasks, working with software development and integration teams, and assisting in executing various stages of project planning and construction. Day-to-day tasks include drafting architectural plans, working on design revisions, coordinating with other team members, and ensuring design compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Skills in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Project Management capabilities
• Proficiency in architectural software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Lumion)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Educational Qualification : Bachelor of Architecture
• Previous experience in real estate development or any architecture company is a plus.
