About the Role

We are looking for a Project Management professional with 2–5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience to support and coordinate product development projects, particularly in complex injectables, ophthalmic, nasal, and other niche dosage forms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities from PIF through development, exhibit batches, stability, BE studies, filing, and commercialization.
• Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, and action items.
• Coordinate with R&D, Manufacturing, QA/QC, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and other CFTs for timely completion of activities.
• Support Project Leaders in project planning, execution, budget tracking, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate exhibit batch, site transfer, and other project-related activities.
• Organize project review meetings, prepare MOMs, and follow up on action items.
• Prepare project status reports and management presentations.
• Maintain project trackers and timelines using PPM/project management tools.
• Identify potential delays and risks and escalate them to Project Leaders for timely resolution.
• Support customer/internal stakeholder coordination and ensure effective project communication.
• Ensure project activities comply with applicable quality and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical project coordination/management.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical product development and regulatory processes.

Required Skills

• Good cross-functional coordination, communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to complex injectables, ophthalmic, nasal, or other niche products is preferred.
• PMP certification is an added advantage.
