Company Description THE CATALYST COMPANY (TCC) is a leading event management and scientific agency delivering end-to-end medico-marketing solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. TCC specializes in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), medical events, and continuing medical education (CMEs). The organization supports clients with scientific content, medico-marketing asset management, and key opinion leader (KOL) engagement. TCC also offers traditional and digital marketing services, proprietary CRM and performance monitoring software solutions, and corporate gifting. Team members collaborate with pharmaceutical brands to create impactful, compliant, and engaging experiences for healthcare professionals.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Mumbai. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for events, conferences, CMEs, digital campaigns, and medico-marketing materials aligned with client brand guidelines. Responsibilities include developing event branding concepts, designing logos and visual identities, preparing presentation decks, and producing print and digital collateral such as banners, brochures, social media creatives, and email templates. The role involves collaborating closely with event managers, medical writers, and marketing teams to translate scientific and marketing briefs into clear, engaging visual communications. The Graphic Designer will also refine existing designs, maintain consistent visual standards across projects, manage design files and assets, and prepare artwork for print and digital production.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for both print and digital media.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography to ensure clear, legible, and aesthetically balanced visual communication.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Experience creating event collateral, marketing materials, and social media creatives is beneficial.
- Ability to interpret scientific and marketing briefs and convert them into effective visual concepts is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment are required.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio showcasing recent work is required.
