Job Title: Associate Client Servicing Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Associate Client Servicing Manager to manage client relationships, support campaign execution, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful marketing solutions. This role involves understanding client objectives, ensuring high-quality delivery, and contributing to business growth through strategic coordination and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage client communication and build strong relationships. Understand client goals and support brand strategy execution. Coordinate with internal teams for timely project delivery. Assist in managing timelines, deliverables, and task prioritization. Ensure quality checks and smooth content execution across platforms. Analyze performance data and support reporting and insights. Conduct industry and competitor research for strategy support. Support team communication and handle basic escalations. Assist in report creation, presentations, and financial tracking. Manage invoicing, payments, and vendor coordination.

Preferred Skills:

2.5–4 years of experience in client servicing/account management in a digital agency. Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing. Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Candidates with prior experience working with luxury or beauty brands will be preferred.
