DataFactZ, we are partnering with a leading enterprise client to identify a highly driven Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at driving cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution. W2 C2C Location: McLean VA (Local Candidates Preferred) Work Model: Onsite from Day One

What We're Looking For

✅ 4+ years of Project Management experience

✅ Hands-on experience with Wrike, Asana , or Jira

✅ Strong expertise in Project Planning, Risk Management, Change Management, and Governance

✅ Experience working with business, technology, digital, and communications stakeholders

✅ Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall (SDLC) methodologies

✅ Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project execution while ensuring alignment with PMO standards and governance

• Manage project timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, and deliverables

• Facilitate collaboration across business and technical teams

• Lead stakeholder meetings and provide executive-level status reporting

• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring successful delivery outcomes

• Coordinate cross-program dependencies and maintain project documentation
