Role Overview
This role sits at the point where legal research meets content quality. As a Legal Research & Content Integrity Specialist, you will be responsible for producing accurate legal research and making sure the information we publish for our stakeholders and clients is correct, current and easy to understand. It is a role built for someone who can work carefully through legal detail and who also thinks about how that information is best presented to a reader who may not have a legal background. If you have one to three years of legal experience and are looking for a role that combines research, writing, verification and content strategy, this position offers exactly that.
Key Responsibilities
•Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, case law and other relevant sources to support ongoing projects
•Prepare research memos, briefs, and summaries clearly setting out findings and relevant authorities
•Support case and matter preparation with accurate and timely research inputs
•Draft legal content that is accurate and compliant, ready for review and publication
•Review existing content for factual errors and correct them promptly
•Verify citations and cross check sources so that everything we publish is accurate and dependable
•Suggest ways to restructure or simplify complex legal information so it is easier for readers to understand
•Research new and emerging topics and prepare updates when regulations or guidance change
•Take ownership of content over its full lifecycle, including researching new topics, updating older content and removing information that is no longer accurate
•Work with the web developer team to improve how legal information is organised and presented
•Maintain organised research records and reference databases for future use
•Liaise with internal legal team members and, where required, external counsel

Required Skills and Attributes
•Strong legal research skills, including use of legal databases and primary source materials
•Analytical mindset with the ability to distil complex legal material into clear findings
•High accuracy and attention to detail in citation and referencing
•Strong drafting skills for memos, briefs, and summaries
•Discretion in handling confidential and privileged information
•Ability to manage multiple research requests concurrently and meet deadlines
Qualifications
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law
•One to three years of experience in legal research, paralegal work, or a closely related role
