Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Manager – Investment Banking role based in Mumbai. The Manager will lead and execute investment banking mandates, including M&A, fund raising, and special situations transactions, from origination through closing. Responsibilities include preparing pitch books and transaction materials, building financial models, conducting valuation analyses, and managing due diligence processes with internal and external stakeholders. The role involves coordinating with clients, investors, lenders, and advisors, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and supporting negotiations to achieve successful outcomes. The Manager will also contribute to market research, deal pipeline development, and mentoring junior team members while upholding high standards of professional integrity and client service.

Qualifications Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling, valuation, and data interpretation. Expertise in finance and investments, with a solid understanding of capital markets and corporate finance. Hands-on experience in investment banking, including transaction execution and client advisory. Proficiency in due diligence processes, including financial, commercial, and regulatory reviews. Relevant postgraduate qualification (e.g., MBA in Finance, CA) is mandatory requirement, with prior experience in investment banking or related advisory roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior stakeholders. High level of ownership, resilience, and ability to manage multiple transactions and timelines in a fast-paced environment. Advanced skills in MS Excel, Power Point, and financial research tools is mandatory; familiarity with Indian regulatory and transaction frameworks is an advantage.
