Senior Interior Designer

<p><b>Key Responsibilities </b> </p><p><br /></p><p>● Manage assigned HomeLane customers from initial consultation to design finalization and order booking. </p><p>● Understand client requirements and translate them into practical and aesthetically appealing design concepts. </p><p>● Create accurate quotations, detailed designs, and production-ready drawings. </p><p>● Ensure designs are feasible, installation-friendly, and aligned with site conditions. </p><p>● Coordinate with internal teams (production, operations, and installation) for seamless project execution. </p><p>● Present design concepts and pricing confidently to customers. </p><p>● Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and drive conversion targets. </p><p><br /></p><p><b>Required Expertise &amp; Qualifications </b> </p><p><br /></p><p>● Minimum 1–3 years Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or Architecture. </p><p>● 1–8 years of experience in residential interior design projects. </p><p>● Basic site experience with understanding of installation feasibility. </p><p>● Proficiency in Google SketchUp (mandatory). </p><p>● Strong fundamentals in space planning, modular furniture, materials, and execution processes. </p><p>● Customer-centric approach with ability to balance design, functionality, and budget. </p><p>● Good verbal and written communication skills. </p><p>● Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of the local language is an added advantage. </p>
