Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Feedback & Tele-calling Intern who enjoys speaking with people and uncovering insights. Your primary responsibility will be to call customers, understand their experience with our products, gather feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and help strengthen customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Call customers who have purchased betterhood products. Collect detailed feedback on product usage, comfort, effectiveness, and overall experience. Understand customer pain points, expectations, and unmet needs. Document customer insights accurately in structured formats. Identify recurring product issues, complaints, and feature requests. Follow up with customers for reviews, testimonials, and case studies where relevant. Coordinate with the Customer Experience and Product teams to share actionable insights. Maintain high standards of professionalism and empathy during customer interactions.

What We're Looking For

Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus). Comfortable speaking with customers over phone calls. Good listening skills and attention to detail. Ability to build rapport and ask thoughtful follow-up questions. Basic proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel. Interest in customer experience, consumer research, healthcare, wellness, or startups.
