Superintendent - Retail

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead field operations on luxury retail and high-end commercial interior projects. This role is responsible for delivering premium retail environments with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all day-to-day field operations from project mobilization through final turnover.Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel.Oversee high-end interior build-outs, tenant improvements, renovations, and boutique retail projects.Maintain project schedules through daily coordination meetings and proactive planning.Ensure all finishes, millwork, fixtures, storefronts, lighting, and specialty installations meet luxury brand quality standards.Coordinate closely with Project Managers, architects, designers, owners, and client representatives throughout construction.Manage project documentation including daily reports, RFIs, submittals, change orders, punch lists, and closeout.Maintain strict quality control while resolving field issues quickly and efficiently.Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations while promoting a safe jobsite.
