Role Description The Senior Interior Designer (Commercial) will lead end-to-end design for commercial projects, including offices, retail and F& B spaces, ensuring alignment with client objectives and Maskot Plan's standards. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru involves developing design concepts, preparing detailed layouts, and coordinating construction drawings in collaboration with architects, project managers, and vendors. The role includes overseeing space planning, selecting FF& E, and ensuring designs are functional, compliant, and optimized for execution efficiency and cost transparency. The Senior Interior Designer will participate in client presentations, refine designs based on feedback, and provide on-site coordination during key project stages. They will also mentor junior designers, contribute to design guidelines, and support the integration of technology-driven workflows into the design process.
