Hiring: Business Development Manager – India & US Staffing
Location: Chennai | Onsite

We are looking for an experienced BDM with a strong track record in Staffing / Recruitment / IT Services to drive client acquisition and revenue growth across India & US markets.
Key Requirements:
Strong experience in acquiring Indian & US staffing clients Proven sales & revenue achievement Experience with IT/Non-IT Staffing, Contract Staffing, RPO, or Workforce Solutions Strong client network & business development skills Knowledge of US staffing models (W2, C2 C, 1099, Direct Hire) is a plus Experience with Linked In Sales Navigator, Naukri, Apollo, Zoom Info, etc.Interested candidates can share their profile / connect with us.
