Sr.executive- operations - international sales

Key Responsibilities

 Coordinate end-to-end execution of international customer orders.  Process sales orders and maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems.  Monitor order status and ensure timely updates to customers and internal teams.  Follow up with production, sourcing, and inventory teams to ensure adherence to delivery timelines.  Serve as a primary point of contact for operational queries from international customers and sales representatives.  Provide regular updates regarding order status, dispatch schedules, and shipment tracking.  Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with relevant internal departments.  Coordinate with logistics partners and freight forwarders for international shipments.  Prepare and review export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping documents.  Support the International Sales team with quotations, product information, pricing sheets, and presentations.  Assist in maintaining customer databases and sales reports.  Track sales performance and prepare periodic MIS reports.  Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Procurement, Design, Finance, and Logistics teams.  Facilitate smooth communication between international markets and internal stake holders.  Escalate potential delivery or operational risks proactively.  Generate order tracking reports and operational dashboards.  Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer experience.  Maintain accurate documentation and records for audits and business reviews.
