About the Role:
An established engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced HVAC Associate to join its New York team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong professional to lead complex engineering projects, develop client relationships, and mentor junior engineers while contributing to the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:Lead HVAC projects from initial design through to completion.Manage project teams, resources, budgets, and delivery schedules.Act as the primary client contact, building and maintaining strong relationships.Review technical designs, calculations, and project documentation.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality and compliance.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to staff development.Support business development and client growth initiatives.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.8-14 years of relevant engineering experience.Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and engineering design calculations.Proven project management and leadership experience.Strong knowledge of building codes, design standards, and multidisciplinary coordination.Excellent communication and client management skills.
