This is a full-time, permanent position with a 250-person General Contractor. This is a field leadership superintendent role for someone who takes ownership of the jobsite, from safety and schedule to quality and subcontractor coordination.
Healthcare construction experience is a big plus, but candidates with a solid background in commercial, industrial, life science, education, or similar complex projects are encouraged to apply.

ResponsibilitiesOversee all daily field operations from preconstruction through closeoutDevelop, manage, and maintain project schedules to keep work on time and within budgetCoordinate and supervise subcontractors, trade partners, and self-perform crewsEnforce jobsite safety programs and maintain OSHA compliance at all timesUphold quality control standards and conduct regular inspectionsCommunicate project progress, issues, and solutions with project managers, owners, architects, and engineersLead jobsite meetings, maintain daily reports, and keep accurate project documentationManage inspections, punch lists, and project closeout
Requirements7+ years of field experience as a superintendentHealthcare construction experience strongly preferred; experience in commercial, industrial, life science, or education projects is acceptableProven track record leading projects from start to finishStrong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, and building codesStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
