Team Member : Legal (Team- Redevelopment)

Experience: 6-12+ Years. Location: Worli Industry: Law Firms preferred Experience: Core Experience in Land Acquisition and Re-development. Should also have experience in Due Diligence of properties, RERA and general contracts. Role Summary The Legal Redevelopment resource will be responsible for end-to-end legal oversight of redevelopment projects, including due diligence, deal structuring, documentation, litigation management, regulatory compliance (including RERA), and stakeholder coordination. The role requires close collaboration with Business Development, external solicitors, and internal departments to ensure legally compliant and risk-mitigated project execution Key Responsibilities 1.
