We‘re looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive – Events & MICE Operations to join our team in Mumbai.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Events & MICE industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end planning and execution of domestic and international corporate events, MICE programs, conferences, meetings, exhibitions, and incentive travel.
• Handle complete event logistics, including venue selection, travel, accommodation, transportation, registrations, and vendor management.
• Oversee event production and ensure flawless on-site execution.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, agencies, and business partners to deliver high-quality events within timelines and budgets.
• Prepare event plans, presentations, reports, and documentation using Microsoft Office.
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring operational excellence and exceptional stakeholder experience.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Events & MICE.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end event logistics and production.
• Proven experience in managing domestic and international events.
• Excellent project management, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
