Real Estate Pro Team is a San Diego-based real estate team focused on residential sales, investment real estate, and development. We’re looking for motivated agents who want more than just a place to hang their license. Our goal is to help agents grow their production, build a real business, and gain exposure to investing, ADUs, multifamily, development, and other opportunities beyond traditional residential sales. Our office is in Mission Valley. 
The Role:Agents are responsible for building and managing their business while representing buyers and sellers throughout San Diego County.
Responsibilities include:Prospecting and lead generationFollowing up with prospective clientsBuyer consultations and listing appointmentsShowings and open housesMarket analysis and pricingNegotiating offers and contractsManaging client relationships through closingParticipating in Tuesday and Friday team meetings, training, and events

Qualifications:Active California Real Estate License or currently completing licensing requirementsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsReliable transportationComfortable using CRM and real estate technologyWillingness to work throughout San Diego CountyReal estate or sales experience is beneficial but not requiredReliable transportation for meetings, client tours, and open housesCell Phone and Laptop
