About the Role

Vijay Copolymers is looking for an experienced and technically skilled Technician to join our R&D Department . The candidate will be responsible for supporting machine development, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support R&D activities related to industrial machinery and equipment.
  
• Perform machine assembly, testing, adjustment, and troubleshooting.
  
• Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
  
• Assist in machine trials, testing, and performance evaluation.
  
• Support modification and improvement of existing machines.
  
• Read and understand mechanical drawings, layouts, and technical documents.
  
• Work closely with the R&D, production, and technical teams.
  
• Maintain records of machine trials, technical issues, modifications, and test results.
  
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
  
• Follow company safety procedures and technical standards.
  
• Carry out other technical responsibilities assigned by the management.
  

Requirements

Qualification

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, or related technical field .
  
• Relevant hands-on experience in industrial machinery, automation, machine maintenance, assembly, or technical development.

• Age: 35–45 Years
  
• Gender: Male / Female – Open to Both
  
• Marital Status: Married candidates preferred
  
• Technically skilled, responsible, practical, and problem-solving oriented.
  
• Candidates with strong hands-on industrial experience will be preferred.
  

Required Skills

• Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills.
  
• Good hands-on technical knowledge.
  
• Machine assembly and testing experience.
  
• Problem-solving ability.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
  
• Practical knowledge of industrial tools and equipment.
  

Experience

5+ years of relevant hands-on technical experience preferred.
