We're looking for an ambitious, energetic and proactive individual to join our People & Culture team at PDA and contribute to building a modern, high-performing organisation supporting Pakistan's digital transformation.

What we're looking for:

• Talent Acquisition Mindset : Someone who understands that talent acquisition goes beyond advertising vacancies and arranging interviews. It's about attracting the right talent, delivering a positive candidate experience and supporting quality hiring decisions.
• HR Operations & Governance : Someone who values accuracy, process discipline and accountability, with the ability to manage HR documentation, employee records, compliance requirements and formal approval processes, including government e-Office workflows.
• People & Culture Perspective : Someone who recognises that HR is not just about policies and processes, but also about employee experience, engagement, development and creating a positive workplace culture.
• Ownership & Drive : A self-motivated, organised individual who takes initiative, manages competing priorities and follows through on commitments.

Who should apply?

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Organisational Psychology from an HEC-recognised institution.

• Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience in HR, People Operations or Talent Acquisition are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in public-sector processes and government e-Office systems would be an advantage.
