LocalPro1 helps businesses strengthen their digital presence through practical, creative, results-driven strategies. We are seeking a Video Editor to produce engaging visual content that supports brand visibility and audience connection. Based in Rawalpindi, you will work with the digital team to turn creative briefs and source material into polished video assets for online channels.

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble video footage into clear, compelling content for digital campaigns and social media.
• Shape pacing, structure, transitions, graphics, captions, music and sound to suit each brief and platform.
• Review footage, select effective shots and maintain consistent visual quality and brand standards.
• Work with creative and marketing colleagues to understand objectives, incorporate feedback and deliver revisions on schedule.
• Organize project files and media assets, and prepare final exports in appropriate formats and resolutions.
• Keep up with relevant editing techniques and platform conventions to help improve content performance.

This role is suited to a detail-oriented editor who can balance creative judgment with reliable production workflows and communicate effectively throughout the review process.

Job Specification

• Demonstrated video editing ability, including footage selection, sequencing, pacing and narrative flow.
• Proficiency with professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve; familiarity with After Effects is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of color correction, audio cleanup, transitions, titles, motion graphics and caption integration.
• Ability to export videos in suitable aspect ratios, resolutions and file formats for social and digital platforms.
• Strong visual storytelling, attention to detail and a good sense of timing and composition.
• Ability to interpret briefs, respond constructively to feedback and manage multiple edits to agreed deadlines.
• Organized approach to footage, project files, version control and digital asset handoff.
• A portfolio or examples of edited work demonstrating relevant capabilities.
