Client Facing experience preferred!This is an on-site role, where you’ll have the strong advantage of personal interaction amongst Team Members and Our Client.SCHEDULE: This position operates on two shifts:Schedule: Monday–Friday | Two ShiftsThis position operates on two shifts:6:00 AM – 2:30 PM1:30 PM – 10:00 PMPlease Note: There will be times when hours vary, depending upon client needs and production levels. Weekend and after-hours availability is essential to this role. Shift assignments may vary based on business needs.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee daily operations of a large Manufacturing PlantCoordinate employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage at all timesPerform employee check-ins at the start of 1st shift. Track any attendance occurrences such as call-outs and tardinessEnforce all workplace policies and proceduresCoordinate training and development for employeesAddress and report safety concerns/injuries in a timely mannerEnsure safety, production, and compliance across the worksiteAnswer inquiries from clients and employeesMediate on-site conflictsAssist in payroll processing for a large number of employeesPerform frequent and thorough walk-throughs of the entire facility to ensure production needs are being metRecruiting and staffing open positions as needed, complete full onboarding of associatesQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:Effective communicator with exceptional interpersonal skillsStrong public speaking skillsTeam-player attitude with a focus on collaborationFlexibility with scheduleStrong time management skillsAbility to stand & walk for long periods of timeBilingual (English & Spanish – read, write, speak) requiredIf this sounds like you, don’t wait!
