Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Plant Finance Controller

The role is responsible for Plant Finance, Record-to-Report (R2R), GST compliance, statutory reporting, ERP governance, audit support, and cross-location financial reconciliations . You will work closely with Plant Operations, Stores, Logistics, Procurement, HR, Payroll, Corporate Finance, and external auditors to ensure strong financial controls and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Plant Finance, R2R, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
• Handle manufacturing accounting, inventory, cost accounting, and expense control.
• Drive GST compliance , including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC, e-Invoicing, and e-Way Bill reconciliations.
• Perform invoice, inventory, material movement, and stock transfer reconciliations.
• Support statutory, tax, GST, and internal audits.
• Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure ERP compliance.
• Prepare MIS reports, reconciliation dashboards, and management reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Mysuru.
