Payroll Manager Location: Westlake, TX (Onsite) A global organization is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee end-to-end U.S. and Canadian payroll operations while leading a team of Payroll Specialists. This hands-on role requires expertise in payroll compliance, including FLSA and overtime regulations, along with strong partnership skills across HR, Finance, and Accounting. Key Requirements: Recent payroll management experience with direct team leadership End-to-end U.S. and Canadian payroll expertise Strong knowledge of FLSA, overtime, payroll tax, and compliance requirements Advanced Excel skills and enthusiasm for leveraging AI and automation tools Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred: CPP or FPC certification Experience supporting large, complex payroll environments About Korn Ferry Korn Ferry unleashes potential in people, teams, and organizations.
