Role Summary

In this role, the ideal candidate will lead the design, build, and configuration of Salesforce applications for ARA's Client. They will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring successful project delivery and collaboration among teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the application design and development process.
• Act as the primary point of contact for application-related queries.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to drive project success.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality Salesforce applications.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
• Oversee the application development process and make key decisions.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Salesforce Technical Architecture.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Knowledge of Salesforce integration and data migration.

Nice to Have

• Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning components.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
