We Are Hiring | Customer Service Executive | Mohali
Location: Mohali
Qualification: HSC/Graduate (Freshers can also apply)
❌ Graduation Pursuing Candidates are Not Eligible
Shift: Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts)
Work Schedule: 5 Days Working + 2 Rotational Week Offs
✅ Immediate Joiners Preferred
Salary Offered
✅ ₹20,000 In-Hand per Month During Training
✅ ₹22,000 In-Hand per Month After Training
Roles & Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries through chat and voice support for international clients
• Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
• Troubleshoot and escalate issues whenever required
• Maintain high-quality service standards in all interactions
• Follow process guidelines and meet performance metrics
Preferred Background
- BPO Voice/Non-Voice
- Customer Service
- Excellent Communication Skills
