About the Role
We are hiring Media Heads to lead our Kannada, Hindi, and Telugu content teams and build a powerful digital presence in their respective markets. The ideal candidate understands content storytelling, audience psychology, and how to build scalable media engines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Kannada, Hindi, or Telugu content production team.
- Develop and execute content strategies for social media platforms.
- Oversee video shoots, editing, and overall production quality.
- Build engaging content formats that drive audience growth and generate leads.
- Monitor analytics and continuously improve content performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to support campaigns.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in media/content roles within a startup environment.
- Experience managing a content or media team.
- Strong understanding of social media growth strategies.
- Fluency in any one of the language Kannada, Hindi or Telugu and English, depending on the role
- Expertise in content ideation and digital storytelling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and execute quickly.
