Insights Opinion is looking for an experienced Project Manager - Healthcare to manage online sampling projects for global healthcare and pharmaceutical market research studies.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in healthcare online sampling, HCP targeting, panel coordination, sampling feasibility, pharma compliance, AE reporting awareness, PMR process understanding, fieldwork monitoring, client communication, and vendor management.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in project management for healthcare online sampling projects
• Prior experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical market research project management is mandatory
• Understanding of HCP targeting, medical specialties, pharma compliance, AE reporting, and PMR processes is mandatory

Key responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end healthcare online sampling projects for pharmaceutical and healthcare studies
• Coordinate with clients, healthcare panels, vendors, publishers, and internal teams
• Review feasibility, target audience, quotas, timelines, CPI, LOI, IR, and project specifications
• Manage HCP targeting across specialties, geographies, and respondent profiles
• Ensure adherence to pharma compliance requirements and project-specific quality standards
• Support awareness and escalation of AE reporting requirements as per project/client guidelines
• Follow PMR processes, documentation standards, and compliance protocols throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor fieldwork performance, sample delivery, quality, conversion, and incidence rates
• Troubleshoot project issues related to targeting, redirects, survey links, sample flow, and respondent validation
• Ensure timely project updates, reporting, documentation, and issue resolution
• Maintain data quality, compliance, respondent confidentiality, and respondent experience standards

Requirements:

• Practical experience in healthcare online sampling or healthcare/pharmaceutical market research projects
• Strong understanding of HCP recruitment, specialty targeting, quotas, LOI, IR, CPI, redirects, and reconciliation
• Mandatory knowledge of pharma compliance, AE reporting awareness, and PMR process
• Excellent client communication, coordination, and vendor management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and compliance-driven project execution
