Gray, a global engineering and construction leader, seeks a Corporate Construction Quality Manager to lead the enterprise-wide Construction Quality Program from its Franklin, TN base. This senior role drives governance, strategy, standards, and continuous improvement across all construction operations, reporting to executive leadership.

You will develop and maintain the CQMS, establish quality frameworks, onboard and supervise quality personnel, and set KPIs and dashboards to track performance.
