Role Description The Civil Drafter is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruchirappalli, supporting the architecture and engineering teams in transforming design concepts into detailed technical drawings. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing civil engineering drawings, layouts, and plans, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design standards and local regulations. The role involves using computer-aided design (CAD) tools to produce and revise drawings, coordinating with architects and engineers to incorporate design changes, and maintaining organized documentation of all drafting work. The Civil Drafter will also assist in reviewing drawings for clarity and constructability, supporting project teams in delivering sustainable and efficient built environments.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering Drafting for building and infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in Technical Drawing and preparing detailed Engineering Drawings for architectural and structural designs.
- Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for creating, modifying, and managing drafting documents.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and local regulations.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to interpret architectural and structural plans.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary project teams on-site.
- Interest in sustainable design and willingness to learn environmentally responsible drafting practices.
