Get Licensed is seeking a tech‑forward, AI‑savvy HR Business Partner with 5–7 years of relevant experience to lead HR operations, recruitment, performance management and culture initiatives. You will leverage AI tools to automate processes, improve employee experience, and ensure compliance with Pakistan labour laws while partnering with managers across the business.

In this role, you will drive onboarding, quarterly and annual reviews, KPI development, and employee engagement programs, while
