Location - Delhi NCR

Eligibility :

Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)

Minimum 2–3 years work experience in mortgage sales in any Bank/NBFC.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers for Loan Against Property (LAP).
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, DSA (Direct Selling Agents), builders, and channel partners.
• Understand customer funding requirements and recommend suitable LAP products.
• Conduct customer meetings and explain loan features, interest rates, tenure, and documentation.
• Collect and verify customer documents.
• Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for loan processing.
• Follow up until loan disbursement.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Ensure compliance with bank/NBFC policies.
