Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design engaging and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive interfaces, improving user journeys, and ensuring a seamless experience across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research and analyze user behavior
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
Design visually appealing and user-centered interfaces
Improve usability, accessibility, and overall user experience
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides
Perform usability testing and implement feedback
Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends and best practices
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
Experience in wireframing and prototyping
Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with design systems and component libraries
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
Familiarity with user testing methodologies
Experience working in Agile environments
Basic understanding of frontend development
