Lead Generation Executive

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our Domestic Staffing Division and help us build a strong B2B client pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified B2B leads for domestic staffing and recruitment services

• Identify companies with active hiring requirements across IT & non-IT sectors

• Research and connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Heads, CHROs, Founders and Business Heads

• Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, job portals and online research

• Initiate conversations with prospective clients and understand their hiring requirements

• Schedule meetings with qualified prospects for the sales/business development team

• Maintain regular follow-ups and update all activities in CRM

• Build and maintain a strong database of prospective clients

• Work closely with the recruitment and staffing teams to convert opportunities into business

What We’re Looking For

• 1–4 years of experience in B2B Lead Generation, Staffing, Recruitment Sales, HR Services or Corporate Sales

• Good understanding of the Indian/domestic staffing market

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong LinkedIn prospecting and research skills

• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting

• Strong follow-up and relationship-building ability

• Highly target-oriented and self-motivated

• 20+ new prospects/day

• 5+ qualified leads/day

• 8–12 client meetings/month

• Consistent generation of new staffing requirements

• Strong and continuously growing sales pipeline
