Main Responsibilities: Deployment of customer specific requirement. Gauge identification for new program. Measuring equipment identification to meet product requirement. APQP gate closer as per program time line. Gauge report sign off with as per Program Target & time line. Submission of PPAP documents & PSW Sign off as per time. Close Coordination with PD/ PM / Mfg to ensure all the issue reported during Builds to be close before SOP. Weekly meeting with customer for warranty concerns if any. Coordinate with PM / PD/ Mfg and customer for ECN implementation. To stop machine if process not running as per requirement. Internal AAR approval ( inhouse / supplier parts) CAPA Submission to customer. To stop dispatch /shipment if not meet as per customer requirement. Hold the suspect material / p
