• Managing civil litigation matters from initial evaluation through resolution
• Developing creative, practical, and strategic litigation strategies
• Conducting complex legal research and analysis
• Drafting and arguing motions, pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents
• Managing discovery and taking and defending depositions
• Representing clients in court proceedings, administrative hearings, and other legal forums
• Preparing cases for trial and participating in trial advocacy
• Communicating proactively with clients and providing exceptional legal guidance
• Collaborating with attorneys and legal professionals on complex matters
• Identifying opportunities to improve case strategy, client service, and firm processes

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar membership in good standing
• 5+ years of civil litigation experience
• Demonstrated experience with motion practice, discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
• Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Excellent judgment and attention to detail
• The ability to independently manage complex matters while working collaboratively with a team
• A proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset
• A genuine commitment to providing exceptional client service

• $160,000-$220,000 salary, based on experience and qualifications
