Location: North Haven, CT (Onsite)Job SummaryWe are looking for a Control Engineer with experience in PLC programming, machine vision systems, and automated assembly equipment. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving automated manufacturing processes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and troubleshoot PLC programs using Allen-Bradley GuardLogix, CompactLogix, and ControlLogix.Work with FactoryTalk ME/SE for HMI and SCADA applications.Program and troubleshoot Cognex or Keyence machine vision systems.Develop and modify Ladder Logic, SCL, and Function Block Diagram (FBD) programs.Troubleshoot automated assembly equipment, servo motors, and stepper controls.Read and interpret electrical schematics and support equipment validation.Participate in DFMEA/PFMEA activities and process improvement initiatives.Support equipment commissioning and travel domestically up to 10%.Required Skills3–5 years of experience in controls engineering or PLC programming.Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and FactoryTalk.Experience with Cognex or Keyence vision systems.Knowledge of Ladder Logic, SCL, and FBD.Experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment.Understanding of electrical schematics, servo/stepper controls, and equipment validation.Knowledge of DFMEA/PFMEA and process improvement. xzbcwsv EducationBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
